Released as a part of That Boutique-y Rum Company's Cinema Labels collection, this 12-year-old pot and column still rum is from the award-winning Foursquare distillery in Barbados. Firstly matured in American white oak bourbon casks, and then re-racked into Sauternes casks in the UK, the expression has been bottled at 50.7% abv. The label bring attention to Barbados's recent Independence, by spoofing the 90s action film Independence day.
